All sales are final unless one of the following exceptions is met.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect merchandise:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify within us within 10 business days Depending on the issue, we can either refund or offer an exchange of the item, if available.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item because of size, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging. Customers will need to cover the cost of return shipping for size exchanges. Once we receive and check the item, we will send the new size within 5 business days
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective
